Refund Policy
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not charge any restocking fees
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bellesnap.com to receive the return address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
